More About Me
Brian has been in real estate since 2013, after retiring with 24 years of service from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. Since that time, he has worked with numerous clients to achieve their goals of buying or selling a home. He is dedicated to serving others and ensuring that his clients receive the best service and advice possible by applying years of problem solving and negotiating with people. To better service his clients, he has received additional training and gained two certifications from the National Board of Realtors: SRS & SRES.

The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. This designation is only awarded real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria. It includes a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) training instills knowledge, understanding of and empathy for 50+ real estate clients and customers. It develops the business building skills and resources needed for specialization in the 50+ real estate market. Among the many skills required for SRES certification are:

· Learning about the uses, benefits, procedures, and issues involved in reverse mortgages

· Learning about uses of pensions, 401k accounts, and IRAs in real estate transactions

· Gaining an understanding of how Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security impact 50+ real estate decisions

· Recognizing how a home can be adapted for safety, comfort, and aging in place

· Helping clients integrate disposition of real property into estate plans

He is certified in assisting our veterans in real estate and has gained the American Warrior Real Estate Professional (AWREP) designation. This better enables Brian to know the needs of both active and retired military personnel and to ensure that they are given the service they deserve.
