Brian has been in real estate since 2013, after retiring with 24 years of service from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. After Brian retired, he began a career in real estate. Since that time, he has worked with numerous clients to achieve their goals of buying or selling a home. He is dedicated to serving others and ensuring that his clients receive the best service and advice possible by applying his years of problem solving and negotiating with people. To better service his clients, he sought additional training and gained two certifications from the National Board of Realtors: SRS & SRES.
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. This designation is only awarded real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria. It includes a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.
The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) training instills knowledge, understanding of and empathy for 50+ real estate clients and customers.
